مسدودسازی بسترهای منتشرکننده نسخه قاچاق «جرم»
به گزارش روابط عمومی موسسه، دفتر پخش «بهمن سبز» در پی انتشار غیرقانونی فیلم سینمایی «دیدن این فیلم جرم است» اعلام کرد:
فیلم سینمایی «دیدن این فیلم جرم است» به کارگردانی رضا زهتابچیان و تهیه کنندگی محمدرضا شفاه از چهارشنبه ۱۷ دی ماه با پخش بهمن سبز به طور رسمی روی پرده سینماها رفت، اما متاسفانه از روز گذشته انتشار نسخه بازبینی این فیلم در جشنواره جهانی فیلم فجر کام همگان را تلخ کرد.
این اتفاق غیرقانونی درحالی صورت پذیرفته است که این فیلم پس از یک سال انتظار برای دریافت مجوز نمایش سینمایی و سرانجام در شرایط سخت کرونایی، در راستای کمک به احیای سینماها به اکران درآمد و در طی ۳ روز ابتدایی با استقبال بسیار خوبی از مخاطبان همراه شد. لذا از نهادهای رسمی و مسئول انتظار است ضمن پیگیری قانونی این مسئله در اسرع وقت، پاسخگوی چگونگی انتشار و خسارات ناشی از آن باشند.
در عین حال پخش بهمن سبز در راستای حفظ حق مالکیت معنوی صاحبان اثر، در همکاری مشترک با سازمان تنظیم مقررات رسانههای صوت و تصویر فراگیر (ساترا) و دستگاه قضایی اقدام به شناسایی و مسدودسازی رسانههای متخلف کرده و طی ساعات اخیر برخورد با سایتهای انتشاردهنده نسخه قاچاق آغاز شده است.
بهمن سبز ضمن دعوت از مخاطبان سینما برای حمایت از حقوق مالکین اثر، اعلام میدارد نسخه قاچاق شده این فیلم نسخه اولیه و بیکیفیتی است که به لحاظ فنی نواقص متعددی داشته است و تفاوتهای بسیاری با نسخه نهایی که اکنون روی پرده سینماها است، دارد. لذا برای حمایت از فرهنگ و هنر تماشای این فیلم را در سینما دنبال کنید.
